Thanks Bark. I've ran it faster during a block before, that explains the disapointment. I was still feeling run down / sleep deprived last week so skipped the other HIC session and E, I did do my MS. Not happy with my time since I really pushed hard.
I've been thinking about what I'll do after this cycle. Definetly taking a rest week but afterwards I might try a block of green or even run BB again
