I agree on the early AM training. I love that nothing can get in the way of training and you've trained before most people are out of bed
But the getting out of bed part and training fasted ...

DL 5/1 Something 'moved' inside my lower back on the last rep of the first set. Didn't hurt, but felt strange. It did hurt when I went for a second set so decide to quit. Hoping it's nothing serious
