Squat and bench same as wednesday
DL 140kg 1/2/2 weight felt glued to the ground and form felt off.
I was still using linear progression so I'll change that to Op and I'm debating adding some DL sets to either monday or wednesday

I loved hypers when I still trained in a gym. But I don't have one in my homegym and don't have the room to place one. However homegym>regular gym

Yesterday Week 4 day 1 Strength Squats 110kg Bench 75kg WPU BW but used fat gripz to work on my grip Today HIC Short hills, 10 reps 11min 7 sec @venemouscoffee thanks for the advice. However my DL form has never been really good and using a mixed grip makes it worse. I'm trying with the hookgrip but...
