Yesterday Started my warm-ups for strength day, then had to stop because my son woke up. Couldn't train for the rest of the day so made it my rest day for the week. 2x20x24kg KB swings Squats 2x8x60kg, 1x5x100kg Today Strength Squats 3x5x130kg struggled with the last rep on all sets Bench 3x5x82.5kg...

If I can keep training consistantly and keep progressing I'd be really happy, so this is my main goal.

I don't have a strength goal.

Endurance / HIC wise I'd like to get to a sub 28min 5K.

I'd like to increase my body composition and dip below a 100kg maybe down to 95kg
