I own and have read all of the books except Ageless Athlete. Overhead pressing mostly expressed in TB as an option in lieu of bench press but 5/3/1 utilizes both as staples due to them complementing each other. I want to say this without bruising any ego's but your lifts are not at all impressive, even as a novice or beginner (and a 1 rep max should not be done as a novice / beginner!). Okay, gonna have to see what that Seal Walk is... sounds interesting. I am currently doing:

Push-Ups
Walking Lunges
Inverted Row
Hanging Leg Raise
Dips
Hip Bridge

Been rolling with 2 minutes between sets for now. When I restart base building I will try to reduce the rest interval.
