Took some time off after seeing a sports doctor for my back. Seems that lack of mobility combined with a core that isn't strong enough is putting tons of stress on my spine. Doctor recommends I focus on strengthening my core until I'm fully recovered before returning to judo. Really enjoyed doing on...
