Favorite Diet Resources?
Just curious what everyone's go-to diet resources/books are. I've seen Eat-To-Perform mentioned a few times on the sub, what else is out there that meets the standards of this community?

Thanks... sorry I should clarify this would be in addition to my calisthenics-only SE. I would workout in the morning, so my morning would consist of either E or SE. The kettlebell would be mostly for the afternoons & evenings at home, a few sets here or there while I'm watching tv or at my desk.

I'm no expert, but I've heard you can avoid this by meditating with your eyes open zen style.

Hi Hicster, I've used both in the past and to be honest I feel like I got better results with pills (oral) as long as they're high quality and in a superior form like glycinate or chelate.
