Where would the rep range/scheme change the type of workout? More reps? More often?
The original challenge session as per the book is 3 miles with more weight than I had on hand and 100 squats and 100 KB swings instead. Just curious.
Thanks for the responses.

Challenge sessions
With my schedule all jacked with limited access to a legit gym, I am adjusting to Fighter+Operator. Today was set to be an HIC day, but I decided to try an adjusted challenge session. I rucked for 4 miles and every 15 minutes do, alternating, 50 x squats and 50 x overhead press with 45# ruck (as I s...

Re: WPU - negative progress
So I had massage done on the forearms and the lats, but that didn't do as much as narrowing my grip about 1-2" per hand. Makes no sense to me, but that helped. Also, going back and doing reverse rows helped as well WAY more than I thought that would.

Re: WPU - negative progress
Sorry for the absence when I asked a question. My sets were designed based on my 1RM of BW+45# (total of 260ish). At first, I was able to do 5 sets of 5 in accordance with Fighter. As time went on, and I did one block, then another block, I "struggle" (good form) to do 4 sets of 5 with a 2...

WPU - negative progress
I have been doing TB for a few months now. I did base building using UNweighted pull-ups. I then did a Fighter cluster of BP, SQ, WPU for 6 weeks. I am now half way through a new Fighter cluster of OHP, DL, and WPU. I find that my weighted pull-ups, while keeping the weight the same, are getting har...

Green, black, something in between?
Just finished BB. I am trying to decide which template to use: green or black. I am on a tactical element. I also love to road bike. Using black would have me doing endurance work once every other week (using the example template). Green would have me rarely doing SE or HIC work. Is there some sort ...

Week 6 BB
I am starting Week 6 of Base Building. So, for my max strength sessions, what am I supposed to use as my 1RM? Take a guess?
Also, am I supposed to pick the same HIC for every HIC session (like I was supposed to use the same SE for Weeks 1-5)?
Thanks!

Re: SE variability?
Have the books and understand the template. I will keep them the same until done with BB then.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: SE variability?
Right.
I went with a bodyweight cluster. So that’s the only SE block i do for 5 weeks, right?
