Re: Voting Poll: Your favored Cluster
Hey guys! Im in a dilemma. Well paralysis by analysis rather. I´ve been doing Fighter template for quite a while now, doing SQ/BE/WPU. Last cycle I changed to SQ/OHP/WPU. I really have a hard time to choose. I know this is completely off from what KB says in the book, that the cluster don't cover e...

Re: Running shoes
I am using new shoes for my BB now. Altra Men's One 2.5. It was recommended on Ross forum by person who trains for triathlon and who runs a lot with different running modalities. I can assure you guys that it is the best running shoes I've ever used. Seriously. Not too expensive and super-super com...

Re: LE Physical Fitness Test Help/Advice
You might want to consider getting the PPLE book. It's a done-for-you program specifically designed to prepare you for LE PFT and academy. It doesn't get as much attention as 1&2 but it's an excellent program, especially if you're not quite sure when it comes to self programming: https://www.ama...

Re: Immune system question
Don't know if it was placebo or not but I've had a good experience with the adaptagen Rhodiola and/or Adapt 232 (Adapt contains Rhodiola). It has some science behind it.

That being said I don't know if Adapt is available anymore but rhodiola is.

Re: What's next for TB?
Interesting.... TB reminds me of Rosstraining in that regard. Very popular with the community he wrote for (boxers, mixed martial artists) but relatively unknown by the general population. Back in the day I had much better results with Ross than the other more "popular" programs. Ironical...

Re: Fun Run ideas?
Good thread idea. Swings, snatches, pull-ups and push-press are a match made in heaven w/Fobbits imo. I usually use two exercises and alternate. One is almost always pull-ups. I'm lucky in that my gym has a pull-up bar right next to the treadmills. I do them as both HIC and E. When it's HIC, I keep ...

Re: Pavel's anti-glycolytic training
Ah so the pendulum swings.... first we used to demonize aerobic training now we're going the other way. Someone should let Ross Enamait know. I love Pavel and recommend ETK to everyone I meet, but I'll take this one with a big fat grain of salt (if he in fact preaches this). Agreed! I too love ETK,...
