I'm not sure about the benefits of coffee + fat per se...but the "guru" behind it all Dave Asprey preaches longevity, health and wellness yet self-admittedly lives on modafinil, a prescription stimulant.

Can you do one pull-ups for 5 sets? The reason I ask is I prefer rep goals for my pull-ups. I'll set a rep goal (say 5) and then do as many sets as it takes to reach that goal. Once I can do those reps in two sets, you can bump it up by 5 (to 10 in this example) and repeat for as long as you want t...

Hey guys, I'm ready to start Operator along with Black protocol (Standard). I have a bit of a dilemma. I can only do one very shoddy pull-up. My cluster so far.... I started Base Building with an atypical goal. Weight loss. I managed to lose 11lbs after my two months were up....I've had weight issues most of my life :) Did nothing but run and circuit training.
