I just wanted to chime in here because I have experience with LP and a massive cardio load--after boot camp my average mpw running was somewhere around 40-50 plus usually a 10+ mile ruck and also a swim at some point. Thanks folks, very useful comments! I do agree I'm overthinking- after all I do get paid (meagerly) to overthink!
