I've just finished my first six week cycle of Operator. BP/FS/WPU (Deadlifts on day 3 instead of WPU.) Really enjoyed it and have had great results. Thank you for the responses.
I'm limited to 3 sessions a week so add the conditioning on to the end of the strength training is my best bet?
