Finished up base build and as December is pretty mental I'm getting by with heavy S and S, some LSS and wherever else I can fit in. S ans S
Finished BB and took a week of just ding S and S and some km runs. Feel great. I want to move towards using the 48kg bell for S and S. Has anyone in incorporated into their TB routine

That's pretty much it....I have found it very effective in terms of producing clarity of thought..leaves me feeling very relaxed.. he's a very interesting guy

Has anyone tried the Wim Hoff method for breathing and exposure to the cold. I'll second that one on the civilian front...I find standards very useful in terms of goal setting and also assessing where I am. I like that idea of a tier system.. thanks K.B
