That looks interesting..I've been doing some E sessions in the morning and it has massive impact upon my mood for day, decision making ability etc....I went cold turkey with LSS for a few years and I'm glad to back at it again

Met him once, a seriously impressive individual... very focused and dedication to perfecting his craft borders on rhe obsessive. His coach John Cavanagh is the same, very very clever guys....Mc Gregor is a fantastic athlete.. you can see his boxing pedigree when he strikes..the left hand is a weapon

Found that RIP chart that was converted to metric (very handy for those of us on the other side of the pond)and I can see the difference between it and DJ. The BP is the one lift that I find I need to train specifically in order to improve it. Still base building but might go towards a black protoco...

10th Nov 45 mins LSS run with 10 sets of 10 ab wheel roll outs 11th Nov Bench press 100 kg 5 sets of 3. Great to get to get to bodyweight BP...this has been my weakest lift good to see it improving Deadlift 200kg 5 sets of 3 Chin ups 5 sets of 5 with 10kg 5 sets of 10 hanging leg raises 5 sets of 5 ...

Deadmilling intervals

Has anyone ever used deadmilling intervals? Was working out with a mate at the weekend and we did 10 sets of 20 seconds to finish. Basically running on the treadmill with the power off.. tough as hell. Very like a prowler and seems to have an instant impact upon sweat levels..enjoyed it...and now ba...
