Re: Joel Jamieson new article
:D No worries...definitely have changed my approach in the last 4 months and feel much better for it.. I had been training hard most of 2016 and was really tempted to skip BB but I'm really glad I didn't... prob move to black after it... Always had a nagging doubt about the anti LSS movement and I h...

Re: Joel Jamieson new article
I suppose I'm at the stage of my "awakening" regarding LSS and integrating it back into my training. I read Joel's book quite some time ago to be honest I found it hard going. I haven't tried to apply any of his material to TB, just using TB as written. I had spent a long buying the idea t...

Cheers buddy...I'll second that A Read influence. He shone a light on the fact that I was bluffing myself...TB is a fantastic program..
Just wished I had used it years ago...

Re: Luck o the Irish
Start of week 4 base building. 1/09/2016 60 mins LSS 7.5 miles. Felt like crap after a weekend of stout and whisky at a wedding. Start of week 4, observations so far: I had forgotten the mental headspace that LSS provides. I feel much better for integrating E. I had bought into the belief that swing...

Rucking
Now it's getting cold I'm considering using some rucking at the weekends. Previously I wrapped a 20 kg weight plate on tape and then put it into a rucknack. The ruck sack has started to rip after one use. Has anyone any recommendations for a ruck and has anyone used kettlebells in the ruck??
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Music for training
If it's weight training it's Creed, AC DC Oasis...if it's running it's dance music or if I'm really struggling I'll throw on the Rocky soundtrack.
