: :D :D I tend to use the magic 50 as a measuring stick...though it's always intense and I like the combo of kb and burpees. Generally do it with a 24 kg and time is down from about 11 mins 3 weeks back to just under 9. The BB works, I feel fresh with it..great routine though it's the only one I hav...

E all the way for me.. I forgot how chilled I feel after getting it done. I've been doing some of my LSS before work and it definitely helps with being productive etc. I enjoy HIIT at the time but I don't get a chilled out buzz afterwards

Resting HR is about 65. My 1 mile run is just under 8 minutes so need to test 1.5 mile. Im 6.2 and 220 lbs so running wouldn't be my natural companion but after a week in I feel great. Actually refreshing doing the E sessions and then during the strength work I just focus on strength and not tacking...

I have read quite a bit about meditation but the killer app for me has been Headspace by Andy Puddicombe. I have been using it consistently for over 2 years and have really felt the benefits from doing so.
