Cheers mate. I miss the simplicity and effectiveness of the TB system. I will end up back here in the long run, just taking a trip into a different training system for a while.

I am going to spend a period of training outside the Tactical barbell system to prepare for a work selection. I love this system of training and think it is the best for general strength and conditioning, I just need some specific prep work after falling short previously due to my own prep failures....

Thanks. I am thinking I will do dumbell or KB snatch to reverse lunge. This takes some of the total skeletal loading off, introduces a nice explosive movement which is good on it's own merits, and still gives me a pretty solid exercise for my quads. My advice wou;ld be to avoid complicated movement...

Hi, I'm on week 3 of base building and I cannot do 40 squats with the weight that I started with. I could barely finish week 2 with the weight I chose.
