Morning PT: 3 rounds- 10X Deadlift@95#(don’t know what the purpose of this was), 10X Box Jump, 10X KB Swing@35#, 20Meter 5 Gallon Water Jug Carry(One in each hand), 20Meter Walking Lunge. I started an account a while back, but kind of forgot about it. I finished college and an now in the Army. My goals are still the same, I want to go SF. I’m giving myself a year to train up for this and my intentions are I’ll post my daily workout on the workout log starting on Monday.
