Have you looked into Op I/A? Might be a better fit for your schedule. I agree with Wallbilly, 5 days off in between sessions is just too much.

Back on track.... First couple sets of squats were shakey, last two were locked in and easy. No issues with bench, using a training max so it felt light.

I can't say I listen to a particular channel, but lately I've been learning a lot from Joe Rogan's interviews with Dr. Rhonda Patrick. That lady knows her supplements and nutritional science!

So I fell off the wagon already. Went into overtime at work and got too late to train. I cut my losses and did a quick 5 x 5 KB swings w/48kg (2H) at home.

I'll pick up the rest of my cluster tomorrow.
