Is This Ok for Continuation?

Day 1: Fighter
Day 2: E
Day 3:
Day 4: Fighter
Day 5: HIC
Day 6: SE
Day 7: Rest

Not training for any specific goal, just trying to stay in all around decent shape without neglecting any one aspect. This gives me everything every week in small doses.
