LSS: jogging x 40 minutes
Feet are a bit sore; still getting used to running on pavement. Heart rate and breathing continue to feel good, not feeling tired the way I used to after a jog.

Unplanned rest day. Hit the metaphorical wall when I got home, and went to bed early.

It wakes the body up, and reminds me of how to move, without wearing me out. Lifts felt strong t...

Re: Base Building Heart Rate
Simple & Sinister is a solid program, I did it for a couple months before switching to TB. One thing to consider is that, when I tried combining it with the LSS BB, I found it was too much. I was exhausted after a week of doing both, especially as I was exclusively using the 24kg kettlebell. TGU...

LSS: 40 lbs weighted ruck x 50 minutes.
Pace was a tad slow, as I had my dog with me. Also, walking the dog while wearing a surplus military ruck and a clean hoodie in good repair apparently makes me look like a homeless person. Some guy offered me $10 because it was cold out.
