Back Extensions

Traveling this week, so all my workouts are going to be in my hotel room or on the fitness center treadmill.

Edit: realized I was being silly. I'll follow the BB program as written for the next three weeks. My feet are sore from running on pavement in shoes designed for dirt, so the HIC sessions will give my feet some time to recover. 12/31/2019 Max Strength Bench: Assist chinup: Squat: 5 x 70 5 x 15 5 x 115 5 x 70 5 x 15 5 x 115 10 x 70 8 x 15 10 x 115 Standard TGU warm-up. Added a few halos and prying goblet squats with 16kg kettlebell. Better squat form today. All lifts felt solid.

LSS: jog x 30 minutes

Sticking with minimum run times for the moment. Feet hurt a bit, right between the ball and the outer edge of the foot by the pinky toe. Buying new running shoes next week, and I'll bump my run lengths up after that.
