12/31/2019 Max Strength Bench: Assist chinup: Squat: 5 x 70 5 x 15 5 x 115 5 x 70 5 x 15 5 x 115 10 x 70 8 x 15 10 x 115 Standard TGU warm-up. Added a few halos and prying goblet squats with 16kg kettlebell. Better squat form today. All lifts felt solid.

LSS: jog x 30 minutes
Sticking with minimum run times for the moment. Feet hurt a bit, right between the ball and the outer edge of the foot by the pinky toe. Buying new running shoes next week, and I'll bump my run lengths up after that.
