Nice goal! 405 is sweet. 500, is going to be an even better feeling. If its a new HIC I will run the basic version for a 6-12 weeks, then the next cycle I will move to the standard. I posted while back about reversing squat and deadlift ration for operator, and wanted to update the community on my progress. I started with 260lbs in November, today I pulled a single 405lbs! Nice! You'll get to 500lbs soon enough I'm sure. To answer your question it's a mix. Most of the time I go for standard, but sometimes I go Basic. On rare (very rare) occasion if I'm looking for a challenge I'll go advanced. Really depends on the conditioning session and what the rest of the week h...

Reversing SQ+DL Ratio
Hello,
Is it okay when using operator to reverse the SQ and DL ratio? So I would Deadlift 2-3 x week and Squat only once. I have no problem with multiple day deadlifting.
