Finished BB, took a week off and then another week to REALLY practice my lifts. Now, it's time for my first real training block. I'm doing Operator+Black (Pro). I am doing professional because I LIKE doing endurance once per week., and I think I still have lots to gain from it. I'll re-evaluate next...

I am going to get a rack, bench and bar+weight package from Rogue. I know the Rogue stuff will be quality, and it's made in the US.

I am in the market for a squat rack and barbell for my garage, and shopping around for the best value - I am willing to pay more if it is really worth it. Any recommendations?
