Strength and E in One Session

Hello, Hope everyone is well. Just a quick question here. Has anyone ever combined Strength and Edurance into one session or Strength and Strength Endurance in the same session? I really enjoy performing E sessions in the way that Chris Adams writes about in Building your engine for Firefighting. I ...

Operator and Firefighting

Hello Everyone, Hope you are all doing great and training hard. Just wanted to start a discussion on how firefighters are going about doing their Operator sessions while on a 24/48 schedule. I'm trying to find a way to fit in my STR, HIC, and E while managing fatigue from busy shifts. The red blocks...

Re: Body Comp and Life Style

Great info so far guys. I love reading about the different opinions and styles of eating. I think the biggest thing for myself is to just stop overthinking and create these good habits. The common theme I see is good choices over time and establishing a routine. I don't drink any alcohol and never h...

Body Comp and Life Style

Hey guys I have a quick question about nutrition and body recomp. I'm about 215 at 6'2 and am really looking to change my body comp and possibly get a little lighter. I'm not a crossfitter but admire their athleticism and body comp. Iv tried counting calories, carb cycling, using templates etc but a...
