Block 1, Day 11 (75%)
Hang clean and press 3 sets of 5 reps @ 60 kg
Chins 3 sets of 5 reps @ BW (118 kg)
Squats 3 sets of 5 reps @ 135 kg
Again, really pushed for time I only did 3 work sets on each exercise.
Everything felt VERY crisp.

I started back at jujitsu this evening and had a full on two hour session of throws. I was really pleased with my fitness which held up throughout despite having done very little 'conditioning' during the past few months.
