My question to you is "what are your objectives for working on your abs?"

The answer to that will inform 90% of the answer to your question.

Re: Paralysis by Analysis (AKA, what should I do?)

Wow, so I received a lot of responses to my rant. Some good & encouraging, some giving feedback, and some by the master himself. I just want to highlight a few things. Whatever KB says goes He’s the one with the tactical experience, I’m just a desk jockey who thinks that a multi-dimensional athl...

Re: Starting Tactical Barbell

Nice, yes that does answer a lot of my questions, although pure linear progression has been tough for me in the past given cardio demands as well. Now this is a question I can get with. I think that this is the biggest issue. It seems that a lot of people on the sub-reddit want the program spoon fed to them because they haven't read the books . I personally don't want to give away the book on the forums out of respect to KB and JM. I used to help, and overtime I got to thinking......

Re: Paralysis by Analysis (AKA, what should I do?)

I felt like all the info the was given in TB should just be common sense. I know what you mean. It was after I was on TB for a whole cycle did everything just click for me. I think the biggest part of TB that stuck with me was how KB emphasizes that this program isn't just for a little while, it's ...

Re: Paralysis by Analysis (AKA, what should I do?)

Dude, that was an excellent rant, and I resemble a lot of those remarks. Thanks for getting my head from my arse. I think the best attitude you can have is to chill and work TB around your life. It doesn't have to consume your life or be something you always have ot think about. Interesting. BMB, m...

Re: Starting Tactical Barbell

Read this first. http://tacticalbarbell.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=722 1. Given my goals, would you recommend this program? Goal 3 is a function of your diet. Your training has some impact, but your diet will be the biggest factor. All your other goals are either too qualitative for us to ma...
