Hello, I am on 3days MS(Operator template). For the rest of the weekdays i am doing 1day SE, 1day HIC and another LSS (30minutes rowing+treadmill). Welcome Paul MK! The Fitcords look ideal for SE. I would mix it up, create a cluster containing 1-2 Fitcord exercises plus 1-2 bodyweight/kettlebell exercises and go from there. Thanks DocOctagon!
