Re: Barkadion TB Logs
Thanks! No, never tried those.. One of the reason I want to add GTUs is a shoulder stability support In that case, the TGU is a superb choice..... Even breaking the whole move into its constituent parts is great.....work on the ground (roll to elbow, then onto hand, then bring the leg back.....simp...

Re: Building A Better Human
Nice log! Something about the front sq, OHP, DL cluster really appeals to me. Gonna give it a spin next block. Cheers matey. Yes, this cluster ticks all my boxes..... I do not Bench.... haven't done so for over 10 years.... just not a movement I found of value..... putting a weight overhead....now ...

Re: Green2Blue TB Log
I echo what Maxcab said..... they're impressive numbers....especially at your BW..... thats a 3xBW pull you have there..... holy crap, that's strong!
I was almost delirious with delight at achieving 2xBW..... I became a 'not completely useless human being'
Nice one, mate.

Re: Barkadion TB Logs
Enjoy the weekend of rest ;) Have you ever tried the Get-ups with a sandbag........ nowhere near as technical as with a weight in hand....simply have the SB over the chest/shoulder...... really amps up the effectiveness of the movement..... goes away from the shoulder health side of things....but wi...

Re: Don't Overlook Triples
Something I found as an awesome way to get a 45 minute aerobic session in without becoming bored was descending ladder alternating pieces of kit. Equipment used: Rower / AD6 / Skipping Rope Protocol: 5 mins / 4 / 3 / 2 / 1 minute. Do 5 on each pice of kit, straight into 4 mins on each etc until you'...

Still being careful with the knee...... but it held up today with no issues.... onwards. After a thorough warm up and mobilisation: Working to 90% [or thereabouts  ] Fr SQ 4 x 3 at 155# [this is 80% but the heaviest I have used in 3 weeks or so, it was a test, and it held up perfectly] OH Pres...

Re: After 40 club
Agree with the coach here - frequent easy weeks. Six weeks maximum without an easy week, but then it will really be needed. Three weeks hard, one week easy prevents getting run down. Easy weeks for me doesn't mean a week off. Instead I do less stressful stuff. Need more warmup sets before doing any...
