40 min Snowshoe up and over the hilly terrain outback. Knee deep snow made keeping the HR low enough purposeful.

60min X-country ski.
Sunday
35 min snowshoe. Spent whole time breaking trail. Snow is knee deep.
All in all good activities. Fun in the snow, elevated the HR and got a decent glow on.
