Still sore

2 mile walk followed by stretching

13th January 2024

Felt pain in left hand as I started doing dips so I changed workout to

10 x 5 pushups
10 x 2 pullups.

Finished with 50 left / 50 right step ups

12th January 2024

Fast 3km Followed by 2 hill sprints

9th January 2024

Continued with higher sets
10 x 5 Lunges (l/r)
10 x 5 leg raises

10th January 2024

Fighter wk 1 MS
3 x 3 pull ups
3 x 5 dips

8th January 2024

Still feeling sore
So 30 min LSS
