I've been toying with the idea of buying this but I'm not 100% sold on Ferriss.... Care to share a couple of those nuggets?

Pick S&S or pick Zulu. Don't try to do two programs at the same time.

Re: Mike Dolce Vid

You weren't kidding about nails on a chalkboard.. I notice he recommends some Base building style easy cardio too. That workout must take forever though....look at it SQ 5 x 5 85% MP 5 x 5 85% DL 5 x 5/ 85% (I really like this cluster for Operator though) Weighted Push-ups Weighted Dips Weighted Chi...

Re: Movie/Netflix Recommendation Thread

Just watched "The Barkley Marathons" on Netflix last night. Insane. It's a documentary about this weird ultra marathon set in the backwoods of Tennessee. Highly, highly recommended. Edit: just saw Caledda posted about this already. All the more reason for everyone to go watch it. I've bee...

Re: Base Building Options - 7 or 8 day week?

x2 what Aelian said. At least 3 E per 7 day cycle. I actually really like the look of Option 1.....you could use that extra rest day for an extra E or even SE when you feel like it.

Re: When to switch up, when to keep at it

One thing I've noticed since switching to TB is that consistently staying with the same exercises 70%-80% of the year produces the best results. The remaining 20-30% is spent switching up clusters for a block or two using different variations of the exercise or different exercises. It's an ideal way...

Re: Which TB protocol should I use?

Hi Cordath, my recommendation is Base Building followed by Black with Operator. When you get to Black, if your cardio's still a weak point, then make sure most of your HICs are running based, like Fast 5, Oxygen Debt 101, and hill sprints. Don't be afraid to throw in a 3rd LSS/E session every week o...

It took me 7 weeks to get from 5 to 10 rounds. Gotta work on RI now
Nice work getting to 10 rounds! Must feel pretty good to see that hard work pay off.

"Bear-Eater" I think you may have coined a new HIC... Or perhaps it's "Jim; the Bear Eater"
