Squat: 3x5, 100lb
OHP: 3x5, 70lb
Chinups went well. Felt like I even had a rep in the tank for most sets. The squat and OHP felt pretty heavy, but I manged.

Managed to grind out 5 chinups in the first set, but then my arms just didn't have it in them to go for more than 2 at a time. Maybe I need to rest longer between sets?
