Finally got back to the gym, but not much time.

15 minutes walking, 0.85 miles.

Going to try for something more substantial tomorrow.

* BB Squat x40

* Inverted row x40

Second circuit:

* OHP x40

* BB Squat x40

* Bent-over row x40

A struggle, but I got through it.

Day 62: **Tactical Barbell Base Building W3D1** Empty bar (45lbs) for all, except sit-ups and rows (bodyweight only). 2 circuits of: * OHP x40 * Squat x40 * Inverted row x40 Last 10 reps in each set were a real struggle. Got 2 circuits in, but interrupted by a phone call and couldn't do the third.

Thanks! I am trying to build my consistency up. Today was another bare-minimum-is-better-than-nothing type day.

Day 57:

Ran/walked 0.89 miles in 14:59. Felt tired all day (slept poorly, I guess) but tried not to do nothing.
