Ross Enamait has lots of videos of him doing burpees. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fjaTd_ZemkQ They are rather simple, squat down, plant your hands on the ground, kick your feet out, do a pushup, bring your feet back up to your hands (you can jump flat footed or on the balls of your feet) and jump.

Had a buddy who read "Extreme Ownership" by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin. Said it was really good. Basically what ever one else has said. I love the book and recommend it to people I know that are having issues with higher ups (aka Brass) or with people they are in charge of. Really easy ...

13 Reasons Why is pretty amazing. Yeah its about teen suicide, but really gets you thinking about how we treat people, social media, rumors and the such.
