Forced progress 5ibs on SQ and WPU. BP stayed same weight and so are DL.

3 mile run.
Finished 95% week and now on my week off. Might take 2 weeks off but not sure yet. Going to stay active but no weights. Next block will force progress SQ to 5 ibs as with DL. BP will stay the same.

Usually do my training in the morning but was a little worried about the BP so waited till this evening case I needed my wife to pull the bar off my neck. All lifts went smooth.

I use a regular sledge hammer and tire. I buried my tire half way in the ground and it works great. Got the idea from rosstraining website. I go for power on the sledge hammer drill and speed on the jump rope.
