Been struggling the past week to get a workout in due to sinus infection. Been active around the farm but today was actually the first time running in awhile. Felt really good and could've went longer. Going to try and keep it consistent this week.

havent logged in awhile do to being busy and life in general. Today took the family to the lake for boat riding and kayaking. Logging kayaking as a LSS. Did a couple hrs of it with the kids and wife.

Rest day today.
Yesterday had to work 12hrs. Was suppose to do a LSS run but work turned into one of those days that just planned ol sucked.

Recovery day

No tango circuit today. Spent the majority of the day running line fence and setting a bunch of fence post. By the time I finished it was getting late so going to chalk up setting post as my tango.
