Hi NoLimits, Have you considered shadow boxing and/or heavy bag? Strap a heart rate monitor on and you can do both LSS and HIC with very little impact on your legs. Maybe even put together triples (for E) with shadowboxing/rowing. Depending on what equipment you have available you could get more in...

I will look into it - thanks! Unfortunately my town has only one gym (which I've heard is really sketchy with old and broken down equipment but the fees are $60+/month), so I will need to see if I am able to do rows there

What about rowing? I love to row for HIC (5 rounds of 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off), but it works great for LSS too. It's a wonderful full-body workout. My physiotherapist said I could row (starting in a week or so) for up to 30 mins a day. The only problem with that is that I don't have a gym membe...
