20.8 mile trail run with ~3000 feet of elevation in a Ohio state park. 5:21:03. Super muddy and hilly but a lot of fun.

Still keeping busy. Home workouts primarily so lots of sandbag work (got a new one that goes up to 120#), TRX, kettlebells, rucksack, and plain old calisthenics (lots of burpees). Still running a lot (knocked out an easy 8 miles last week, eyeballing a 20 mile trail run next month) and rucking a lot...

The way I understood via the write up, differs from The video. In the video it appears they’re doing multiple reps carrying the bag- where the write up discusses dropping the bag as soon as you pass the first line. I only ask bc constantly picking up the bag can affect your time greatly. Either way...

Completed a GORUCK Tough event starting at 9pm Friday night and finishing at 10am Saturday morning. We covered over 22 miles carrying tons of heavy sandbags and including three parking spot bumpers which weighed around 250# each. My arms, traps, and ears are shredded from carrying those stupid thing...
