Still keeping busy and training. Enjoying some time off from work with the family after the birth of my daughter but still keeping the PT schedule up. Enjoying the new dad strength I have now that I’m a dad of three.

Saturday - Murph, bodyweight only, legs still smoked. The squats and running were horrible. 38:55 for the PT, total time was just under an hour and five minutes.

Sunday - 5 mile ruck with 40#.

Wednesday - 15 minutes pre fatigue training, then 400m or walking lunges in under 22 minutes. 438 lunges total. Ow.

Indeed it is. Over eight weeks I'm going to progress from 15 minutes of pre fatigue to 30 minutes. I also structured the workouts a bit differently - Mondays are a heavy push/pull emphasis, Wednesdays a heavy leg emphasis, and Fridays are a heavy burpee emphasis.
