Sounds like you've got a good piece of kit there Bark, never used one of those air bikes I strongly recommend that. It has a fan instead of front wheel. So, you are pushing against the resistance you create. Quite a torture. :mrgreen: I run from a home gym so once if those is a bit out of my budget...

Find the hills pretty intensive I've not worked up to APEX yet and anything with burpees. I do feel I should throw some track work in to build my speed up before focusing back on the hills, thinking long term now probably for the first time in my life (training wise) thanks to TB
