its been a week of balancing assignments, exams, work and life. I think of ROMWOD more as a general preventative type program and all I have to do is be consistent and I get results. I have not been using it for a couple months now and I am really noticing the difference in mytraining recovery and even ability to deal with stress. That 20 min guided stretch was...
