Also, if they have a rope you can tie the rope to it and pull it hand over hand towards you to work your upper body. You can also drag it behind you with the rope or a harness. Both is the correct answer. Load it up heavy for short pushes to work strength and hypertrophy, load it up lighter for long pushes to work on strength endurance and conditioning. Either way it will leave you gasping and wishing you chose another form of exercise. I love my prowler

My elbows used to hurt all the time, especially after doing pull ups. I stopped doing pull ups and eventually even stopped deadlifting and pretty much all pulling exercises because of the pain. I do circuits with my sandbag. 1 min of shouldering, 1 min of zercher carry, 1 min of kettlebell swings, 1 min dips or pushups, rest 2 mins between circuits. I use a 100lb sandbag and it is brutal. I can only do 4 circuits thus far but my conditioning is improving rapidly. I do this once or twice a ...
