1 mile sprint/jog straights/curves on the track
1x400m sprint
30 min LSS on elliptical

Note: I had to help my friend move all day yesterday. It more than made up for the missed finishers.

OHP: 5,4,3,3- 95% = 115lbs
DL: 1x5 - 95% = 235lbs
PU: 5x9
Tricep Extensions: 3x10 = 20lb DBs

E: Jog 5 miles 33:50 min

LSS: Jog 60 min, 6 miles

PM:
BJJ, drills and rolling for 90 min

Notes: My first night back at BJJ was tough. Rolling was intense with all upper belts. My SE is way down from where it was before the deployment.
