Re: Help me think about HIC sprint workouts

At least for me, the confusion is defining max effort... Is it starting at an all-out sprint and ending by barely being able to walk? Or is it going the speed that you can finish each 600 but leaving everything on the table, so to speak? I can't imagine a 400m sprinter isn't giving max effort, but t...

Re: Help me think about HIC sprint workouts

I just did my first 600 Resets today and I have the same questions. I don't think I could run 600m at a true max effort aka starting at my 100m sprint pace. Re: Maximum Rippage ( Training log ) TB + Conditioning

I think the gi slows you down and forces you to learn a little more vs no-gi where you can just scramble until you get to a good position if you're in good shape.

Re: Runner's Belly

Are you taking any pre-workouts or stims, including caffeine? That can have an impact depending on dose and ingredients. I use Amino Energy to get caffeine and some aminos since I always work out first thing. It usually doesn't cause me any problems. It seems to only happen when I push myself harde...

Runner's Belly

https://www.runnersworld.com/newswire/how-to-avoid-stomach-problems-while-running According to the article I made one mistake: high fiber foods. The thing is I do that every day, not sure why today was different. Does anyone have any other tips for runner's belly? I've had issues with it here and t...

Re: Member Introductions Thread

I am an Air Force Space Officer and I am currently deployed. There is so much awesome in this statement I don't know where to begin. Is this a thing now, has the Space Corps been formally approved? .....I remember there being some government back-and-forth over it a while ago. Anyway, welcome to th...
