Hi to all I have a question regarding gc5 A Max Dips x 1 Min Rest 90 seconds Max Push-ups x 1 Min Rest 90 seconds x 3 Rounds B 5 Pull-ups 10 Burpees x 3 Rounds Can i change the burpee to another movement?? Max Push-ups x 1 Min Rest 90 seconds
