FORUM RULES
1. Don't treat this forum like your free personal trainer. Ask specific questions, don't ask members to design your program for you.
a) State your questions simply. Make sure they are easy to understand and answerable.
b) If your post is lengthy - list your questions at the end bullet style.
2. Heated discussions are encouraged. Personal attacks are not. No personal attacks.
3. Politics and religion can be discussed in Green-Blue-Black only. Keep it civil. Nothing derogatory.
4. Any racial or religious slurs will result in an immediate ban.
5. Military/LEO members, you are responsible for your own anonymity. Ensure that unit insignias/faces etc are blurred out/censored if required. You are encouraged to use anonymous browsers if posting from sensitive sites or locations.
6. Military/LEO/1st Responders: No discussion of tradecraft allowed. Techniques, practices, or methods not known to the general public fall into this category.
7. Trainers, gym owners, fitness industry; you are encouraged to promote your services as long as Tactical Barbell forms some component of your training philosophy.
8. Regarding Rule #7, Mods/Admin can remove any promotion or links deemed inappropriate. If you're a one-time poster and your one post consists of a link, it'll most likely be removed.
9. Do not post links to pirated books or DVDs. We're old fashioned here in that regard - we believe people should be paid for their hard work. Post a link to where it can be purchased instead.
10. You are responsible for your own health and safety. Consult with your doctor before applying any training methods you learn on the forum. Do not seek medical advice on this forum.
