I'd say if you can get the first one in under 6 you're doing pretty good.

The way I understood via the write up, differs from
The video.
In the video it appears they’re doing multiple reps carrying the bag- where the write up discusses dropping the bag as soon as you pass the first line.
I only ask bc constantly picking up the bag can affect your time greatly.
Either way- this is a fantastic finisher for some cardio after a MS day that I will implement this week!
