Higher frequency training is approached a bit differently than TB Operator does things. TB operator is very manageable with a heavy conditioning load. Think meat and potatoes style strength training.
What you are looking at is more specialised eastern block programming based off professional athletes.
They would do nearly daily practices but heavily manipulate volume, tonnage etc throughout the programming.
Why do you want to do 4 sessions a week with those 3 exercises?
Is there a specific reason you want to use TB operator?
It's a great program, but if you can hit the gym 4x a week to focus on pure strength it's worth looking at more specific strength training.
What are your lifts and why only the strength focus?
Operator as is will get you strong. As people have said why not look at OP I/A and just adding volume to the 3 sessions you already will do.

Re: Operator 4x/Week - Pure Strength Athlete
Most things have been said!
But if you really want to enjoy the eastern style programming and you don't want to do a lot of conditioning, maybe TB is not the thing you are looking for.
Check out the book: Power to the People from PAVEL. There you go with 5x per week 'greasing the groove' training style. Maybe this will make you happier! Keep us posted!

Run OP+BLACK as you were doing, use 4-5 sets. Eat more protein or even food in general
You'll get stronger, and still keep conditioning up. Hypertrophy will come with more sets, and more protein

Hahaha! True!Barkadion wrote:Reading my mind again?Adski wrote:Alternatively you could have something like an accessory day or an SE day.
I still think OP/IA might be more on the money for the original poster. He could manipulate the volume, from what I’m reading, it sounds like he simply enjoys more lifting. This could easily be done with IA, maxing sets out to ten if wanted/needed and having an SE day or even alternatively, an accessory day.
