What‘s up
Been pretty lazy with logging and reading.
Managed to down my 5k time to the low 20‘s from 22 something with Operator, some standard conditioning (Fast 5, 600..) and a bit MMA
My next race will be in September and i wanted to do another BB before that.
Do you have any suggestions when this would make the most sense?
- does it even matter?
- is it depending on me if either speed or aerobic base needs more work?
- how did BB affect your short/mid distance running?
Base will surely make me lose some pounds again so thsts a benefit i guess
